I'd probably use it more if I made myself a cheat sheet so I didn't have to start from scratch figuring it out each time. Ours does double as a crock pot -- it's not a feature we use, since we have a crock pot already, but if we didn't, the two-in-one thing would be a plus. Most of the time, we just have plain rice, but my personal chef (DH) is starting to add seasonings, etc. and everyting always turns out perfect.
